The Venue

The Pier Geelong can cater for large events as one whole room or can be divided into the Hopetoun Room, and Lillias Room which includes The Terrace.

The Hopetoun Room can cater for up to 300 guests seated at round tables, 180 guest cabaret style, 450 guests standing or 400 theatre style. Its views include Limeburner’s Bay, Rippleside and the boats moored at the Western Beach Yacht Club.

The Lillias Room can cater for up to 180 guests seated at round tables, 108 cabaret style, 350 guests standing or 300 theatre style. Views include Avalon, Port Phillip Bay, Eastern Beach, Royal Geelong Yacht Club and the whole waterfront prescient.

An extra feature of this room is the enclosed glass decked area with large windows, when open, allow refreshing sea breezes. Perfect for ceremonies, long lunches or just adding an extra wow to your event.

With the dividing walls removed the Hopetoun and Lillias Rooms combine to make one large and impressive function area catering for up to 700 guests seated or 1100 guests cocktail style.
