Completely overhauled and reopened in 2010, the Pier Geelong really is the perfect Geelong venue. Originally built in the mid 1850’s it has been redeveloped to offer a unique setting whilst maintaining much of its’ original charm.

Inside the versatility of the rooms makes it the best venue hire Geelong has on offer.

The Hopetoun Room has views include Limeburner’s Bay, Rippleside and the boats moored at the Western Beach Yacht Club.  It’s also includes full motorized blinds to block out this view and allow audio visual presentations.

The Lillias Room has views that include Port Phillip Bay, Eastern Beach and the whole waterfront precinct.  An extra feature of the Lillias room is the enclosed glass decked area with large windows, when open, allow refreshing sea breezes.  The Lillias Room Terrace is enclosed in glass and perfect for small group meetings, lunch, afternoon tea and dinners.

With the dividing walls removed the Hopetoun and Lillias Rooms combine to form one large, impressive function area catering for up to 600 guests seated or 1000 guests’ cocktail style.

The Private Dining Room is shared between The Pier Geelong and Baveras Restaurant.  Located on the eastern side of the building and including the spectacular views, this room is perfect for board meetings and the like.  One large board room table dominates the room with a plasma screen and programming to allow you to plug your laptop straight in and go.
